Con la cucharadita de nata ligera salen a 2 puntos, pero&lt;br /&gt;quedan espectaculares.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para el bizcocho :&lt;br /&gt;2 huevos - 5 pt.&lt;br /&gt;30 g de leche desnatada en polvo - 1,5 pt.&lt;br /&gt;1 pizca de levadura en polvo&lt;br /&gt;1 ct. azucar - *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para la bavarois:&lt;br /&gt;1 huevo - 2,5 pt.&lt;br /&gt;1 ct. azucar - *&lt;br /&gt;125 ml. leche semidesnatada - 1,5 pt.&lt;br /&gt;125 g. fresas&lt;br /&gt;4 g de gelatina en hojas (2 hojas de las grandes)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para el glaseado:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;125 . de frambuesas / fresas&lt;br /&gt;1 ct. azucar - *&lt;br /&gt;2 g de gelatina en hojas (1 hoja grande)&lt;br /&gt;zumo de 1/2 limón.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Batir bien los huevos con el azucar, hasta que este bien subido. añadir la leche en polvo y la levadura con cuidado de no batir mucho para que no bajen los huevos.&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno a 180º. Extender la masa de bizcocho en una bandeja de horno y cocer a 180º aprox. 10 min. Dejar enfriar y recortar 6 galletas redondas del tamaño de los moldes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bravois:&lt;br /&gt;Separar el huevo y batir la yema con el azucar, incorporar la leche y hervir hasta que espese un poco. Retirar del fuego e incorporar la gelatina que teniamos previamente en remojo. Dejar enfriar. Calentar el resto de la leche con el chocolate, hasta que esté desecho, separar del fuego y añadir el edulcorante y la gelatina.&lt;br /&gt;Repartir en las flaneras y dejar que se enfrien. Mezclar bien y dejar reposar una hora y añadir el platano cortado en rodajas.Calentar una sarten antiadherente o con la base de teflon, echar una cucharada de pasta para formar una tortita, dejar dorar y darle la vuelta. Remover con la ayuda de un batidor, durante 2 minutos.
